What a beautiful home and a fantastic day we had here in Swarthmore, PA. The homeowner’s insurance company paid for the hail and wind damage. We always put our superior A-Team on board for this 65 square ft. excellent 1-day roof replacement. The color choice was the lovely Sedona Canyon from Owens Cornings Tru-Definition duration designer laminated architectural roof shingle. We also scheduled the detached garage roof replacement on the same day. The main dwelling roof needed some plywood replaced with dark brown aluminum to match the new roof. As always, we install Owen’s Corning Total Protection Roofing system.

Our top priority is protecting the entire home and landscaping with numerous tarps so none of the house or landscaping is damaged. We take all our roof replacements as if they were our own houses. Our main challenge was the detached garage; we needed to change all the plywood due to rot over the years. Also, we installed the same total roofing protection system on the detached garage as we did on the main dwelling roof. Both turned out gorgeous by the end of the same day. The next day our gutter crew replaced all guttering and downspouts on the entire home. The project turned out picture-perfect.
