What a beautiful 7,000-square-foot home here in Landenberg, PA. The vast 60 square ft roof had suffered hail and wind damage due to recent storms. Our main challenge was the steep 10/12 and 12/12 slopes on the roof’s structures. The landscaping on the property was flawless. We focused, as always, on protecting all landscaping and the home as if it were our own. When we finish our masterpiece roof replacement, we always make sure that we leave the property as nice and tidy as when we first started the project. Once again, we put one of our 8-man A-Teams on board. As always, we focused on Owens Corning Total Roof Protection Installation. The choice of color was out of Owens Corning Tru-Definition Designer Series “Sand Dune.” Sand Dune was the 2018 shingle color of the year. It is a very relaxed and warm color that makes this gorgeous home pop out of a magazine; Sand Dune is a class 4 rated shingle and can withstand up to 130 mph winds, so this roof is sure to last for many decades to come.
